He checked the igniter and a couple other parts, explained what was going on in normal language, then handled the repair the same visit. What I liked most was how straightforward everything felt. No pushy upsell, no weird vague pricing, just clear work and a fair quote before he started. After the repair, the oven heated the way it should and held temperature a lot better. We used it that night and it was obvious the problem was fixed. If anyone in Elk Grove Village needs oven repair elk grove, Osprey Appliance Repair is worth calling. They seem to know these ovens inside and out, and the service felt professional without being stiff about it. Hard to find that sometimes.
